Why are we sending leads to UWRG?

When should I send a lead?
Send leads to UWRG whenever there's a flooding situation OR when water has come into contact with building materials. Even if water isn't visibly pooling, building materials can absorb moisture, leading to potential damage. UWRG specializes in restoring water damage, even when it's only in the building materials. If you're unsure, it's better to send a lead. Remember, visible moisture isn't necessary; materials can retain moisture that may not be immediately apparent. When is doubt, IF WATER HAS COME IN CONTACT WITH BUILDING MATERIAL, Send a lead! At the very least, we give our customers piece of mind with a ree moisture inspection.

What does UWRG do after we send the lead?
UWRG will reach out to the customer to identify a couple of key pieces of information. The first is if the customer is the homeowner. This is important because only an owner can authorize restoration (or repairs) to a home. Then they will set up a time (usually same day) to meet with the customer to inspect any damage and inform the customer of any next steps or confirm that their property experienced no water damage.
